Tempora Mutantur is an experimental short film that questions the relation between sound and picture in a context of the audience's perception and time. The author experiments with the editing of sound announcing the picture that is being slowly revealed. Fastened and slowed picture concerning the normal speed of sound creates a time gap left to the imagination of the spectator. The film is intertwined with the motives of the author's games located in a public space in the city of Zagreb.
